Coffee is not just coffee. Depending on which mountain, climate, soil condition, altitude, variety and processing method there is a whole range of flavours that can be discovered in a “simple cup of coffee”. Some coffees have dark chocolate taste notes, whereas others have bright citrus-like acidities or complex fruit notes. A coffee grown under pine trees at 5,000 feet in the Cordillera Mountain is certainly completely different from a high-grown washed coffee from Budkidnon.
Rocky Mountain cupping laboratory not only allow us to analyze the defects of green beans used before roasting, but also establish the tastes, flavors, aromas and roasting profile of a specific coffee to provide our customers a consistent coffee drinking experience given a specific coffee they chose to purchase.
